Xero Porcelian.

Xenofex Constallation.

File new 650x650 fill with white, resize paper5,paste as new layer,

Mask new from image, select and apply mask, merge mask visable.

Resize frame01 paste as new layer on top center of mask.

Magic wand click in center,modify exspand by5.

Resize paper9 paste as new layer,invert delete on keyboard.

Drag below frame select none,drop shaddow frame.

Useing 7F6113 add 2013 place slightly to right of frame.

Add dsb Flux Bright noise on 100 mix.

Resize tube paste as new layer bottom left of frame duplicate.

Add gussian blur on 10. on original layer soft light .

Add XeroPorcelian default settings.drop shaddow original.

Resize wordart4 paste as new layer top of frame.

Add a white drop shaddow 2.2.50.5 then -2.-2.50.5.

Resize Martini2 paste as new layer right of tube drop shaddow.

Resize ribbons 1 and 3 paste as new layers, rotate

arrange to bottom of right of tube drop shaddow.

Add url copyright and licence.

Add name to bottom right of frame drop shaddow.

Highlight frame paper fill, effects

 xenofex Porcelian Constalltion, Settings...

3.00.50.30.0.100.100.Twinkle rotation 88. keep original image ticked.

Random seed 5.Edit copy merged, paste in animation shop

as new animation. back to psp undo constallation

add constallation hitting random seed once.

Edit copy merged, paste in animation shop after current frame.

Repeat above another 4times hitting random seed once each time.

Vie animation, save as,
