Mask new from image, select and apply mask, merge mask visable.

Resize Flower Glitter, paste as new layer on top left corner of mask.

Duplicate image mirror, duplicate image flip, duplicate image mirror.

Resize circle frame paste as new layer on top center of mask.

Magic wand click in center,selections modify exspand by5.

Resize paper9 paste as new layer invert delete on keyboard,

drag below below frame. Select none drop shaddow frame.

Resize Angelsornament paste as new layer image mirror place

in center of frame paper fill drop shaddow.

Resize tube paste as new layer on top left side of frame,drop shaddow.

Resize Joyframe paste as new layer on top left of frame drop shaddow.

Resize bow paste as new layer on top of Joyframe drop shaddow.

Resize Joybox paste as new layer on top bottom corner of mask

drop shaddow, duplicate image mirror move to bottom center of frame.

Resize Puppypresents paste as new layer on top between the both presents drop shaddow.

Overdrive and Twinkle amount 100.Twinkle Rotation 45. Keep original image ticked.
Random seed on 5268.

Edit copy merged, paste in animation shop as new animation.

Back to psp undo constalation, add constalation andhit random seed once.

edit copy merged,paste in animation shop after current frame.

Repeat as above but hit ramdom seed just the once.

View animation,save as.
