Penta.com dot and cross.

Xenofex Constallation.

File new 650x650 fill with white, new layer fill with colour E9C262.

Mask new from image, select and apply mask, merge mask visable.

Add penta.com dot and cross.

Resize fireworks3 paste as new layer on top center of mask.

Resize star paste as new layer on top left corner of mask,image flip

duplicate image mirror,drop shaddow both.

Resize frame2 paste as new layer on top center of mask.

Magic wand click in center of all frames,selections modify exspand by5.

Mak a gradient of dark lemon and light make dark the gradient

linear angle 45 repeats5.new layer and fill with gradient.

drag below frame layer.Drop shaddow frame.Select none.

Resize  clock bells and lips paste one in each of the frames drop shaddow

as you go, see mine for details.

Resize tube paste as new layer on top right of frame drop shaddow.

Resize banner paste as new layer on top bottom of tube drop shaddow.

Use freehand tool draw bottom end of tube dress,copy then paste

as new layer on top of banner, align up with original.

Draw around one of the red stars paste on top right banner end.

Resize champagne paste as new layer on top bottom right of tube drop shaddow.

Resize ribbon1 and 2 paste as new layer arrange on top of bottle

drop shaddow slightly rotate red ribbon.

Add url copyright and licence number.

Add name place to bottom left of frame add yellow drop shaddow.

Crop around your tag.

Annimation...

Highlight Fireworks, effects xenofex contallation

Star size 3.Size variation 50.Edge star density 31.Overall star density 0.

Overdrive and Twinkle amount 100.Twinkle Rotation 45. Keep original image ticked.

Random seed on 9479.

Edit copy merged, paste in animation shop as new animation.

Back to psp undo constalation, add constalation andhit random seed once.

edit copy merged,paste in animation shop after current frame.

Repeat as above but hit ramdom seed just the once.

View animation,save as.
