Eye Candy gradient glow

dsb Flux Bright noise.

Font of choice i used Snowflake Letters.

Open template delete credit layer.

Highlight layer1 select all float paste paper7 as new layer

invert delete on keyboard select none delete original layer.

Highlight layer2 select all float fill with gradient made with

light and dark blues make the darker the gradient set on sunburst 

50.50.repeats 10. New layer and fill. select none delete original layer.

Higlight layer3 select all float fill with paper2  invert delete on keyboard

select none delete original layer.

Highlight layer4 select all float new layer fill with colour from your tube

select none delete original layer.

Highlight layer5 select all float fill with paper12 invert delete

on keyboard select none delete original layer.

Highlight layer6 select all float fill with paper6 invert delete on keyboard

select none delete original layer.

Layers7 .8. and9 add dsb Bright noise set on 100.

Add Eye candy white to both center circles.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer on top bottom of template

drop shaddow, use selection tool cut overlapping of tube at bottom.

Add url copyright and licence number.

Add name place bottom right of template add gradient glow.

Hide name layer, edit copy merged, paste in animation shop as

new animation, duplicate 4 times.

Open snow edit select all edit copy, back to your tag highlight 1st frame

 edit select all edit paste in selected frame.

Back to psp copy your name layer paste in animation shop as new

animation duplicate 4 times edit select all edit copy

back to your tag highlight 1st frame edit select all edit paste in selected frame.

View animation save as.
