Banner...

File new 605x250,fill with white.

Colourize template mask hue 199 Saturation 131.

Resize background from tube,paste as new layer to left of template.

Resize close up tube paste as new layer left of template.

Change blend mode to hard light.

Resize full tube paste as new layer place center of template

duplicate gussian blur then soft light.

Drop shaddow original tube layer.

Presets shapes rectangle draw Triangle down right, in colour 272232 add psp noise 100.
Duplicate resize 90 fill 82108A add psp blinds
Width5. opacity 100. light from left/top ticked colour272232.

crop apaque merged.

Highlight white background layer, select all float

modify contrast by 5 invert fill with 272232.drag to to top.

add thin white gradient glow.

Add url copyright and licence number.

Add name background  pattern fill foreground 272232.

Add white drop shaddow 2.2.50.5 then again -2.-2.
Rotate 90% left place down right of template on top of rectangle.

Add thin white gradient glow.

Animation...

Highlight frame layer, add psp noise set on 80 random.

edit copy merged,paste in animation shop as new animation.

Back to psp undo noise then add noise set on 90.

Edit copy merged,paste in animation shop after current frame.

Repeat one more time,change setting to 100.

View animation, save as.

Aviator...

File new 150x150,fill with white.

Work as for your banner, resize layers as you go.

Add copyright and licence number, same animation settings.
