File new 650x250 fill with white.

Select 2 colours from your tube,make a gradient from the colour.

Linear.Angle45.No repeats.

New layer fill with gradient. Effects Filters Unlimited2.0

Special effects1.Square bumps.Default settings.

Copy and paste tube to left of template duplicate image mirror.

Back on left tube,Change blend mode to Luminance

then change opacity to 39.

Right tube duplicate Gussian blur on 5.Blend mode soft light.

Highlight white background,select all float,modify contrast5

invert,new layer fill with same gradient as above,

Drag layer to top select none.Duplicate resize by90.

Use deformation tool stretch to fit slightly inside original border.

Add dsb flux bright noise set on 100 mix to original border.

Crop apque merged.

Add url copyright and licence number.

Add name place center between tubes,add noise as above.

Highlight inner border,add noise on 80 mix,edit copy merged

paste in animation shop as new animation,back to psp.

Undo noise add agai set on90 mix,edit copy merged.

paste in animation shop after current frame.back to psp.

Undo noise,add again set on100 mix.edit copy merged,paste

in animation shop after current frame,view animation.

Open bling hearts,delete 1st black frame,animation rezise by45.

Edit select all animation rotate 25 right,edit select aledit copy.

highlight 1st.frame on banner,edit select all edit paste in selected frame

place to top right corner of inner border.

Highlight 1st.frame on bling hearts,edit select all animation mirror.

edit select all edit copy,highlight 1st.frame of banner,edit select all

edit paste in selected frame,place to top left inner border.

View animation,save as.

Aviator...

file new 150x150. work as you did for your banner.

Resize layers as you go.Add copyright and licence number.

Add 1st.letter of name,add noise same as your banner name.

Place to top right of template.

view animation,save as.
