File new 650x650 fill with white,new layer fill with paper3.

mask new from image select and apply mask,merge mask visable.

Resize frame3 paste as new layer on top center of mask.

Duplicate original frame image resize by 115.

add gussian blur set on 5 add thin Gradient glow.

Drop shaddow top frame.

Magic wand click in center of top frame,selections select allmodify exspand by5.

Resize the background that came with your tube.

paste as new layer,invert delete on keyboard drag below frame.

Resize tube paste as new layer center of fram,delete on keyboard.

Paste tube again align with original tube,drag to top

drop to top,use selection tool,cut overlapping of tube at the bottom.

Add xero Porcelian default settings.

Resize element20 paste as new layer on top bottom centerof frame drop shaddow.

Duplicate resize by 85 colourize Hue0 Saturation0.

Resize element12 colourize Hue 199. Saturation 131,paste as new layer

on top left of frame,drop shaddow,duplicate move beneath original.

Resize element19 colourize Hue 199. Saturation 131.

paste as new layer on top bottom right of frame drop shaddow.

Resize element1 paste as new layer on top bottom element19 drop shaddow.

Add url copyright and licence number.

Add name add Eye Candy Gradient Glow.

Highlight bottom frame add psp noise on30.edit copy merged

paste in animation shop as new animation.

back to psp undo to noise,add noise on40,edit copy merged

paste in animation shop after current frame.

back to psp,repeat undo then add noise on 50,edit copy merged

paste in animation shop after current frame, vie animation.

Save as.
