dsb Flux Bright noise.

Font of choice, i used Fiolex Girls .

File new 650x650.fill with white, new layer fill with paper1.

Mask new from image, select and apply mask,merge mask visable.

resize F" paste as new layer,on top center of mask.

Magic wand, click in both blank frames,modify by8.

Resize paper3 paste as new layer invert delete on keyboard

Drag below frame frame.

Resize normaltube image mirror,paste as new layer delete on keyboard.

Back to your tube,image mirror,paste as new layer on to

second frame,delete on keyboard.Select none, change blend mode

on both these tubes Luminance.Merge tubes visable.

Add EC thin white to the heart frame.

Resize main tube paste as new layer center right of mask drop shaddow.

Resize E18 paste as new layer on top bottom right of tube

rotate slightly to the left,add EC as above. Add wordart oxo and EC.

Resize E14 paste as new layer to left of E18.Add EC.

Resize E15 paste as new layer to bottom left of E14.Add EC.

Resize E2 paste as new layer left of E14.Drop shaddow.

Resize E13 paste as new layer just above EE2. Add EC.

Add url copyright and licence number.

Add name i used text size 72 for mine,drop shaddow

place on top bottom left of E18.

Animation...

Highlight mask,add noise mix on 80.Edit copy merged

paste in animation shop as new animation.

back to psp,undo noise,add noise on mix 90.Edit copy merged

paste in animation shop after current frame.

Repat again once.View animation,save as.
