Copy and paste paper4.paste as new layer,mask new from image.
Select and apply mask,merge mask visable.
Resize19.by85.Paste as new layer on top center of mask.
Magic wand click in center of frame,modify exspand by3.Resize paper1.by70.paste as new layer,invert.
delete on keyboard,drag below frame.
Resize14.by75,paste as new layer,delete on keyboard.
Select none,drop shaddow frame.
Resize full tube by70.paste as new layer bottom right of frame,sharpen,drop shaddow.
Resize26.paste as new layer,image mirror.Place down
left side of frame,sharpen,drop shaddow.
Resize11,paste as new layer top right of frame.Sharpen,drop shaddow.
Dublicate resize by75.Move just beneath 1st.rose,
Resizw5.by75.Paste as new layer on top of knot of 26.Sharpen,drop shaddow.
Resize15.by45.Paste as new layer on top bottom right of frame.Sharpen,drop shaddow.
Resize21.by25.paste as new layer bottom left of frame,Sharpen,drop shaddow.
Resize1.by45.paste as new layer,Select all float,
new layer,fill with black.delete original layer.I resized mine again by110.
effects,plugins EC.gradient glow.Thin set on3.Place to bottom of frame.
Resize7,by75.paste as new layer on to bottom of frame,drop shaddow.
Resize 4 by45,paste as new layer on top right of frame,sharpen.Drop ahaddow.
Resize9 by25.paste as new layer,duplicate and image mirror as many leaves as you want
arrange around 4.merge these layers and layer4 visable,drop shaddow.
Add url copyright and licence number.
Add name to bottom of frame,EC gradient glow,Colour Black halo set on3.
delete background,save as PNG.
