Font of choice,i used Night Sky.
Drop shaddow throughout.2.2.50.5.
File 700x700,fill with white.New layer.
Fill with gradient of choice.I used yellow and purple.
Made purple a Linera gradient.Angle.50.Repeats3.Invert gradient ticked.
Mask new from image,select and apply mask,merge mask visable.
resize frame3.by75,paste as new layer,drag towards top.
Use freehand tool point to point,draw all around the inside of frame.
Modify,exspand by5.Resize paper2 by55.paste as new layer
invert delete on keyboard,Select none,drag below frame.Drop shaddow frame.
Copy and paste tube to bottom left of frame,drop shaddow.
Resize Bat2 by15,paste as new layer top right of frame.
sharpen then drop shaddow,rotate slightly right.
Resize cat2.Paste as new layer bottom right of frame,Sharpen,drop shaddow.
Resize mice by45.Paste as new layer left of cat,sharpen,drop shaddow,
Resize Glass by30.paste as new layer bottom left of tube.Sharpen,drop shaddow.
Resize Candle by45.paste as new layer right of glass,sharpen,drop shaddow.
Resize candy by 20.paste as new layer right of candle,rotate slightly left.
Sharpen,drop shaddow.Resize Candy4.paste as new layer on top bottom candy1.
Rotate slightly right.Sharpen,drop shaddow.
Resize ribbon1 by45,paste as new layer bottom left of frame,drag to bottm.
Sharpen then drop shaddow.Resize ribbo2,by45.paste as new layer.
Sharpen,drop shaddow,drag below ribbon1.
Resize Bowby45.Paste as new layer top right corner of frame.
Rotate slightly,sharpen then drop shaddow.
Crop around tag,resize all layers by650 pixel width.
Add url copyright and licence number.
Add name to bottom right of tag,drop shaddow.
Delete background.Save as PNG.
