File new 650x650 fill with white,new layer
fill with gradient using the two grren colours from your tube,
Sunburst.50.50.repeats7.Mask new from image,select and apply mask,merge mask visable.
Open Frame rotate 90 degrees left.Colourize.Hue.121.Saturation.111.
Paste as new layer on top center of mask.sharpen,drop shaddow.
Magic wand click in centermodift exspand by5.
Copy and paste background from tube,rotate 90 degrees left.Re
size to fit.Invert delete on computer,drag below frame,select none.
Resize tube by45.Paste as new layer bottom right of frame,Sharpen then drop shaddow.
Resize 2014. by45.Paste as new layer bottom left of frame,sharpen,drop shaddow.
Resize clock2 by45.Paste as new layer inside left top of frame,sharpen,drop shaddow.
Magic wand click in center,modify exspand by1.Resize ball by75.
Paste as new layer.invert hit delete,erase overlapping round clock.
Select none,sharpen then drop shaddow.
Resize glasses by30.Paste as new layer left of 2014,sharpen,then drop shaddow.
Resize wordart1 by45.Paste as new layer top of frame,sharpen,drop shaddow.
Resize balloon1 by45.Paste as new layer top left of frame,drop shaddow.
Add 2014 on top center.resize bow1 by10 paste as new layer on top of string,drop shaddow.
Resize hat by20.Paste as new layer right of the Y in Happy.sharpen,drop shaddow.
Resize poppers by20.paste as new layer right of glasses,sharpen drop shaddow.
Duplicate hat,Move above right of poppers.
Highlight clock.effecta VM Natural sparkle.Change max size to 20 then repeat to 21.
Add url copyright and licence number.Add name bottom left of tag,Apply EC gradient glow.
Edit copy merged,paste in animation shop as new animation,duplicate by3.
Open animation resize by50.edit select all,edit copy,Highlight tag,edit select all
edit paste into selected frame,place on top center of clock.
View animation,save as.
