File new 750x750,crop later.Fill with white.
Paste paper2 as new layer,Mask new from image,select and apply mask,merge mask visable.
Resize 72 by75.Paste as new layer,rotate 90 degrees left.Place bottom right of mask.Drop shaddow
Resize46 by45.Paste as new layer bottom left of mask,drop shaddow,duplicate image mirror.
Resize59 by75.Paste as new layer bottom left of mask,drop shaddow.Duplicate image mirror.
Resize83 by45.Paste as new layer,on top of 59,sharpen.Then drop shaddow,image mirror.
Copy and paste 106 as new layer on top center of mask.Drop shaddow.
Resize90 by15. Paste as new layer on top left of 106.Sharpen Drop shaddow.
Resize 107 by60.Paste as new layer bottom left of Barn,sharpen,thrn drop shaddow.
Resize32.by 55.Paste as new layer,right of 107.Sharpen then drop shaddow.
Resize 104 by55.paste as new layer bottom right of barn,sharpen then drop shaddow.
Resize32 by30.Paste as new layer between bible and singers,Sharpen,drop shaddow.
Add Scrapkit"Classic Christmas"by Amy Marie's kits.bottom of tag.
Add name bottom center of tag.Apply EC gradient gloe,Thin white size3.
Crop tag,resize if needed by 650 Pixels width.
Highlight bible candle layer,freehand tool point to point,draw around flames on candles
Keep your mouse pressed down and draw around the other candles.
Effects,EC Nature fire,use settings as below

 

select none.....

Edit copy merged paste in animation shop as new animation.Back to psp.
Undo select none,undo fire,apply fire again,random seed 1103.select none.
Edit copy merged paste in animation shop after current frame.back to psp.
Undo select none,undo fire,apply fire,random seed 3666.select none.
Edit copy merged,paste in animation shop after current frame.
Change animation properties speed to20.
View animation,save as.
