Font of choice i used EasyLombardic Two.

Drop shaddow throughout.2.2.50.5.

File new 650x650 fill with white.

Copy and paste paper1 as new layer,mask new from image,select and apply mask

merge mask visable,then duplicate,merge again.

Resize frame5 by85,paste as new layer center of mask.Magic wand,click in center,modify exspand by5.

Copy and paste paper8,paste as new layer,move to your own liking,invert hit delete.drag below frame.

Resize main tube by45,paste as new layer,bottom right of frame,Sharpen,drop shaddow.

Resize flower4 by60.paste as new layer top left corner of frame,sharpen,drop shaddow.

Resize hanger by85,paste as new layer left of frame,drag below flower4,sharpen,drop shaddow.

Resize flowers by60.Paste as new layer bottom left corner of frame.sharpen,drop shaddow.

Resize Kitty by75,image mirror.paste as new layer right of flowers,sharpen,drop shaddow.

Resize heart by30.Paste as new layer top right corner of frame,sharpen,drop shaddow.

Open Wordart3.Use selection tool,draw around the wrd denim,edit cut,

paste as new layer top left of frame.resize by30.Sharpen twice,drop shaddow.

Repeat same for the word dream,paste to right of the word denim.

Add url copyright and licence number.

Add name on top bottom right of tube,Add EC gradient glow,thin white on3,drop shaddow.

Delete background,save as PNG.
