Mura's Meister clouds.

VM. natural sparkle.

Drop shaddow throughout.2.2.50.5.

File new 650x650 fill with white.

Resize Paper1 by75. Colourize greyscale.Mask new from image.

Select and apply mask,merge mask visable.

Resize Frame by90.Paste as new layer,magic wand,click in center,

Modify exspand by5,New layer,fill with #718FB7.

Add Mura's clouds default setting,Light colour.White.FG.#718FB7.BG.Black.

Copy and paste Cityscape as new layer.invert hit delete.

Place to bottom of frame,drag below frame.Select none.Drop shaddow frame.

Resize Tube by30.Paste as new layer bottom right of frame.Sharpen twice,then drop shaddow.

Resize burst by30 place top left inside frame,duplicate resize by75

Move right and down of 1st burst.

Resize Lips by45 colourize greyscale.Place left of tubes head,drop shaddow.

Copy and paste Stars as new layer on top left of frame,Drop shaddow,

Erase stars you do not want showing on the right of tag.

Resize Gems by75.Paste to top right corner pf frame.Drop shaddow.

Duplicate image flip,duplicate image mirror.

Add url copyright and licence number.

Add name bottom center of frame,drop shaddow.

Highlight Frame fill layer,Add VM.Natural sparkle default settings but change max size to 20.

Edit copy merged,paste in animation shop as new animation.Back to psp.

Undo sparkle,add sparkle change max size to 30.Edit copy merged,

Paste in animation shop after current frame,back to psps.

Undo sparkle,add sparkle change max size to 16.Edit copy merged,

Paste in animation shop after current frame.Change Frame properties 15.

View animation,save as.
