Tube of choice i used Arthur Crowe.

Plugins.
dsb flux bright noise.
Eye candy gradient glow.
Font of choice i used Satisfaction.
Drop shaddow throughout.2.2.50.5.
Banner...
File new 650x250.Fill with background from tube.move to far right.
Resize tube by30,paste as new layer far right of template,sharpen,drop shaddow.
Resize wordart by75.Paste as new layer to far left of template.Drop shaddow.
New layer at top of all layers,Fill with FC8493.Select all,float,
modify contrast by4.Hit delete,Select none,add noise mix on 100.
Add eye candy gradient glow thin white.
Add url copyright and licence number.
Add name bottom left of tube.drop shaddow.
Crop apaque.Save as PNG.
Aviator...
File 150x150.
Copy and paste background from banner paste as new layer,
move over to see two colours.
Copy and paste tube from banner to right of aviator.resize by75.
Use freehand tool point to point,draw aruond ribbon on the wordart
on banner,copy and paste to top bottom left of aviator,resize by45.
Add copyright and licence number.
Add 1st.letter of name to top left,drop shaddow.
Add border same as on banner.
Crop apaque,Save as PNG.
