Font of choice i used Satisfaction.

Banner...

Open banner in animation shop.Highlight 1st.frame,copy and paste in psp.

Resize tube by35,paste as new layer far left of template.Drop shaddow 2.2.5.5.

New layer top of all layers,fillwith black.

select all,float.Modify contract by4.Hit delete.

Add psp noise uniform 100.Add EC gradient glow,thin white.

Copy and paste wordart top right of template.

Add url copyright and licence number.

Add name bottom right of template.Add EC gradient glow,thin white.

Close back ground you carried over from animation shop,

Merge all other layers visable.

Edit copy,paste in animation shop as new animation,duplicate 25 times.

Edit select all,edit copy,

Highlight 1st.frame of cloud animation,edit select all,

edit paste in selected frame.Keeping you mouse still when you paste it.

Change animation properties to 50.View animation,save as.

Aviator...

File 150x150.Copy and paste in animation shop as new animation.Duplicate 25 times.

Highlight 1st.frame of clouds animation,edit select all,edit copy.

Highlight 1st.frame on your aviator template,

edit select all,edit paste into selected frame.

Back to psp.Copy and paste tube from banner to aviator,resize 60,sharpen.

Place to far right of template.

Add border frame as you did on the banner.

Add copyright and licence number.

Add 1st.letter of your name,top left of template.Add EC gradient glow as on banner name.

Finish aviator sam as your banner.View animation,save as.
