File new 650x650,fill with white.

Copy and paste paper10 as new layer.Mask new from image,

select and apply mask,merge mask visable.

Resize frame14 by50,paste as new layer on top center of mask.

Magic wand,click inside all blank windows,modify,exspand by5.

Resize paper6 by45.Paste as new layer,invert,hit delete.

Drag below frame.Drop shaddow frame.

Resize tube of choice by45.Paste as new layer bottom right of frame.

Add Exero.Porcelian default setting.Drop shaddow.

Resie 135 by50,paste as new layer bottom left of frame,drop shaddow.

Resize61 by30,paste as new layer bottom right of tree,sharpen,drop shaddow.

Resie1 by30,paste as new layer.bottom left of tree.Sharpen,drop shaddow.

Resize47 by20,paste as new layer on top bottom left of dog,

Sharpen then drop shaddow.

Resize 120 by20,paste as new layer top right of frame,sharpen,drop shaddow.

Add Seasons Greetings wordart,top of frame,add dsb Flux Bright noise,Mix on 5

add EC gradient glow thin white on3.

EasyLombardic Two.Font i used set on36.

Add url copyright and licence number.

Add name bottom left of tubes leg,add EC gradient glow as above.

Highlight frame paper fill,select all,float.Effects.

VanDerLee Snowflakes.Settings from top to bottom.

Amount 50.Size range begin 0.Size range end 20.Hardness 50.Transparacy 0.

Basic Snow.Random seed1.Ok.

Select none,Edit copy merged,paste in animation shop as new animation.

Back to psp.undo select none,undo snow,Add snow change random seed to5.OK.

Select none,Edit copy merged,paste in animation shop after current frame.

Repeat one more time as above,but change the random seed to10.

View animation,save as.
