Eye candy gradient glow.

Font of choice i used ice sticks.

Drop shaddow throughout.1.1.40.4.

File new 650x650,fill with white.

Copy and paste paper2 as new layer,mask new from image.

Select and apply mask,duplicate,merge mask layers visable.

Copy and paste Frame4 as new layer,on top center of mask.

Magic wand,click in center,modify exspand by5.

Resize paper10 by45.Paste as new layer,invert,hit delete,drag below frame,

Effects MuRa's clouds.Default,change bG to #7072C8.Other colours white.

Sharpen then drop shaddow frame.

Copy and paste snowflake scatter as new layer,invert hit delete.Select none.

Resize tube of choice by 60 then 90.Sharpen,drop shaddow.Place,

bottom left inside frame.Erase overlapping of tube at bottom.

Resize fallen Santa by60.Paste as new layer,on top right inside frame,

sharpen then drop shaddow.

Resize bird by15.Paste as new layer,top right of frame,sharpen,drop shaddow.

Add Wordarttop left of bird.

Resize tree1 by70.Paste as new layer bottom left of frame.Drop shaddow.

Copy and paste lights as new layer on top bottom of frame.

Drag below frame,drop shaddow.

Resize bells by25.Paste as new layer,bottom right of frame.Sharpen,drop shaddow.

Resize hanging bauble by25.Paste as new layer,top right corner of frame.

Sharpen then drop shaddow.

Add url copyright and licence number.

Add name bottom center below lights.Magic wand,click in the snow

on top of name,add EC gradient glow thin white.

Crop around your tag.

Add tiny star one on each light.

Delete white background,save as.
