Drop shaddow throughout.2.2.50.5.

File new 650x650.Fill with white.

Resize paper3 as a new layer.Mask.New from image,select and apply mask.

Resize mask by75.Move to top.Duplicate.move to bottom.Merge both masks visable.

Use deformation tool expand sides to fit.

Resize frame by85,paste as new layer on top center of mask.Magic wand.

Click inside frame,modify exspand by5.

Resize paper4 by75.Paste as new layer,invert,hit delete,drag below frame.

Copy and paste rainbow as new layer,bottom left of frame,select none.

Resize Tube by70.Paste as new layer right of frame.Duplicate.

Add Gussian blur set on5.Drop shaddow original.

Resize Harps N Shamrocks by45,paste as new layer inside

bottom right of frame,sharpen,drop shaddow.

Resize Barrel by45.Paste as new layer bottom left of frame.

Sharpen then drop shaddow.

Resize Beer by30,paste as new layer on top bottom right of Barrel.

Sharpen then drop shaddow.

Resize pot by30.Paste as new layer on top bottom right of beer.

Sharpen then drop shaddow.

Resize hat by30.Paste as new layer top left of frame.Sharpen,drop shaddow.

Resize horseshoe by30.Paste as new layer.drop shaddow.Rotate slightly.

Place center left of frame.

Resize pipe by30.Paste as new layer on top bottom of beer.Drop shaddow.

Add wordart to top center of frame.Add EC gradient glow.

dd url copyright and licence number.

Add name bottom left of tag.Add EC gradient glow.

Delete white background,Save as PNG.
