Font of choice i used Vivaldi.
Materials.HERE.
File new 650x650,fill with white.
Copy and paste cluster2. as new layer.
Magic wand,click in the blank center,modify by20.
Copy and paste paper5,as new layer,invert hit delete.
Drag below frame.Copy and paste Bling as new layer.
Rotate slightly left,select none.Drop shaddow.
Resize tube by50.Paste as new layer bottom right of frame.Duplicate.
Add gussian blur on5.Blend mode on softlight.Drop shaddow original.2-2-50-5.
Add wordart top left inside frame.
Add heart just beneath wordart.
Add url copyright and licence number.
Add name bottom right of tag,drop shaddow.
Delete white background.Save as PNG.
