Eye Candy Gradiend glow plugin.

Font of choice i used Uncial Antiqua.

Banner...

File new,650x300.Fill with white.

Resize Paper10 by85.Copy and paste as new layer,

Move it so you see cupid.Top left of template. 

Resize Tube by60 paste as new layer,far right of template.

Sharpen,unsharpen,R3.S30.C3.Drop shaddow.3.3.35.4.Black.

New layer on top of all layers,Fill with #ED2951.

Select all float,Modify constract by4.Hit delete,

Add psp noise,uniform 100.

Duplicate,resize by90.Use deformation tool,

adjust to fit evenly inside original border.Move down below tube.

Add eye candy gradient glow to both borders,thin white on3.

Add love wordart on heart balloon.Same colour as cupid,text size26.

Add url copyright and licence number.

Add name just under and center of cupid,

add noise same as above,add EC.as above.

Save as PNG.

Aviator...

File new 150x150,fill with white.

Copy and paste paper10.as new layer,resize by75.twice.

Cupid to left top of template,unsharpen.

Copy and paste head and shoulders of tube bottom right.unsharpen.

Now work the same borders as on your banner.

Add copyright and licence number.

Add 1st.letter of your name.bottom left of template.

Add noise then EC.as on banner.

Save as PNG.
