File new 650x650,fill with white.

Resize Frame23 by85,Paste as new layer on top center of mask.

Magic wand click in center of frame,modify exspand by5.

Copy and paste paper02 as new layer,invert hit delete.Drag below frame.

Resize close up layer2 by70.Paste as new layer bottom center of frame.

Change blendmode to Luminance.Add Penta.com.

Amount 72.Cross distance 10.Cross width 2.Drop shaddow frame.

Resize Calendar12 by40.Paste as new layer bottom right of frame,

sharpen unsharpen then drop shaddow.

Resize money bag2 by35.Paste as new layer,on top bottom left

of Calendar.Sharpen unsharpen then drop shaddow.

Copy and paste Glitter20 on top of mask.resize by120.

Copy and paste chicken wire42.as new layer on top left side of mask.

Resize by110.Drop shaddow.Duplicate image mirror,

duplicate image rotate 90 degrees left.

Resize button3 by30.Paste as new layer,on top right center of frame,drop shaddow.

Resize glod coins27 by30.Paste as new layer on top bottomleft

of moneybag.Sharpen unsharpen then drop shaddow.

Resize shoe46 by45.Image mirror,Paste as new layer top right of frame.

Rotate slightly right.Sharpen unsharpen,drop shaddow.

Add url copyright and licence number.

Add name bottom of tag.Add EC gradient glow,thin white.Drop shaddow.

Delete white background,Save as PNG.
