Eye candy Gradient Glow plugin.
Font of choice i used Billion Stars Personal Use.
Open cluster frame.Delete credit layer.
Magic wand,click in blank center of frame.Modify,exspand by5.
New layer fill with #152644.Drag below frame.
Resize tube by45.Paste as new layer Center bottom of frame.
Invert hit delete.Select none.
Paste tube again on top of original tube.
Sharpen,unsharpen then drop shaddow 2.2.40.4.
Erase overlapping of tibe bottom of frame.
Add url copyright and licence number.
Add name bottom center of frame,add EC.Gradient glow,
thin white set on3.drop shaddow as above.Duplicate.
Delete white background,save as PNG.
