Eye Candy gradient glow plugin.

Font of choice i used Celtic Knots.

Drop shaddow throughout.2.2.50.5.

File new 700x700.Fill with white.

File new 650x300.Fill with paper4,New layer fill with #8F7735.

Select all float.modify contract by4,hit delete,

add EC gradient glow,thin white.Add bright noise set on 50 mix.merge layers visable.

Edit copy and paste on top of white background.

Move down slightly,Drop shaddow.

Resize tube by85,paste as new layer on top bottom left of template.

Sharpen,unsharpen then drop shaddow.

Resize wordart 2 of 2.by 75.Paste as new layer,above right of tube.Drop shaddow.

Resize frame2 by60.Paste as new layer on top right of tube.

Magic wand click inside fame,modify exspand by5.

Resize large close up tube by85 twice,Paste as new layer to right of template.

invert,hit delete drag below frame.Drop shaddow frame.

Resize pinflower by15.Paste as new layer bottom between tubes.

Sharpen unsharpen then drop shaddow.

Resize clover pin3.by60.Paste as new layer top right corner of template.

Drag below frame.Sharpen unsharpen then drop shaddow.

Crop around tag then resize 650 pixels width,all layers unticked.

Copy and paste paper8 as new layer,on top white background.

Mask new from image,select and apply mas,merge mask visable.

Resize swirl by45 then 90.Paste as new layer left of wordart, 

on top of mask,drop shaddow,duplicate image mirror.

Add url copyright and licence number.

Add name place top of template between tubes,drop shaddow,duplicate.

Delete white background,save as PNG.
