Font of choice i used Verdana.

Drop shaddow throughout.3.3.50.5.

File new 650 by 650.Fill with white.

Copy and paste paper2.as new layer.Mask new from image,

select and apply mask,merge mask visable.

Resize Fram3.by 85.Paste as new layer on top center of mask.

Magic wand,click inside frame,modify exspand by35.

Resize paper15.by60.Paste as new layer,invert hit delete,

drag below frame,select none.Sharpen unsharpen as above.

Resize Frame9 by50.Paste as new layer on top of 1st.frame,

drop shaddow both frames.

Resize tube by30.Paste as new layer left of frame.

Resize 147 by60.Paste as new layer,right of frame.

Sharpen unshrpen,drop shaddow.

Sharpen unsharpen.2.50.5.then drop shaddow.

Resize155 by75.Paste as new layer top right of frame.

Sharpen unsharpen mask,Drop shaddow.

Resize153 by60.Paste as new layer bottom right of frame.

sharpen unsharpen,drop shaddow.

Resize 129 by45.Paste as new layer on top center inside frame.

drag below tube,sharpen unsharpen mask,drop shaddow.

Duplicate all elements on top right of frame.

Resize26 by20,paste as new layer top center of frame.

sharpen unsharpen,drop shaddow.

Duplicate move to right of original.Duplicate resize by85.

image mirror.Duplicate image mirror.

Add url copyright and licence number.

Add name bottom center of frame.i used caps for mine.

Add inner bevel second one,from top to bottom.

W.5.Custom.S.0.D.20.A and S both 0.Colour white.A.315.I.50.E.30.

Add E.C.gradient glow,Colour,black halo.set on 3.Drop sgaddow.

Delete white background,save as PNG.
