Sharpen,unsharpen mask where stated.Radius.2.Strength.100.Clipping.5.

File new 650x650 fill with white.

Copy and paste paper3 as new layer,mask new from image.

Select and apply mask,merge mask visable.Adjust using deformation tool to fit nicely around frame.

Resize 45.by75.Paste as new layer on top center of mask.Magic wand,

Click in center of frame,modify exspand by5.

Effects Muraha's Meisters Cloud.Settings as default.

Change colours to Light.White.FG.White.BG.#8080FF.

Copy and paste3.as new layer on top bottom of frame.

Use deformation tool,adjust so the city is towards the top of the frame

and stretches at both sides.Now drag below frame.Erase overlapping of city

at sides of frame.Sharpen unsharpen then drop shaddow.Drop shaddow frame.

Resize 2 by75,paste as new layer bottom left of frame.Drop shaddow.

Resize tube by60,paste as new layer bottom right of frame.

Sharpen unsharpen mask,duplicate,blend mode softlight.Drop shaddow original tube.

Copy and paste18.as new layer on top of mask,resize by120.Drop shaddow.

Resize8 by75.Paste as new layer down left of frame,

Sharpen unasharpen mask,drop shaddow.

Resize19.by45.Paste as new layer top left of frame.

Sharpen,unsharpen mask then drop shaddow.

Resize33.by35.Paste as new layer top center of frame,sharpen unsharpen mask.

Magic wand,click randomly on windows,Modify exspand by1,fill with #B14F5A.

Add url copyright and licence number.

Add name top left of frame,drop shaddow.

Highlight clouds layer,add tiny stars at random,as many as you like.

Delete white background,save as PNG.
