Drop shaddow throughout.3.3.50.5.

File new 650x650.Fill with white.New layer.

Fill with paper 9.Mask new from image,select and apply mask.Merge mask visable.

Add psp weave in black.

Deformation tool,stretch top bottom and sides to fill canvas.

Resize Frame21.by45.Paste as new layer.Move top left of canvas.

Magic wand,click in center of frame,modify exspand by3.

Resize Paper19.by35.Image mirror,paste as new layer.

Invert hit delete,drag below frame,select none.

Resize frame 22.by45.paste as new layer move bottom right of canvas.

Magic wand,click in center of frame,modify exspand by3.

Resize Paper1..by35.Image mirror,paste as new layer.

Invert hit delete,drag below frame,select none.

Highlight top frame,magic wand,click in center.
