File 650 x 650. Fill with white.

Copy and paste paper 12. as new layer. Mask new from image,

select and apply mask. Merge mask visable. Resize by 120. Duplicate.

Copy and paste frame 29. Paste as new layer on top center of mask.

Magic wand, click in center of frame, Modify exspand by 3.

Resiz e paper 18 by 50. Paste as new layer, invert hit delete,

drag below frame. Select none. Drop shaddow frame.2.2.50.5.

Resize tube by 35. Paste as new layer,on top bottom right 0f frame.

Sharpen unsharpen mask. 2.1.5. Drop shaddow.

Resize 4. by 45. Paste as new layer botoom left of tube,drop shaddow.

Resize 41. by 75. Paste as new layer bottom right of tube,drop shaddow.

Resize 19. by 75. Paste as new layer left side of frame,drop shaddow.

Copy and paste 20. as new layer 0n top all layers.

Resize 32. by 35. Paste as new layer bottom left of frame,drop shaddow.

Resize 33. by 35. Paste as new layer center left of frame.

Resize 5. by 30. Paste as new layer bottom right of frame.Drop shaddow.

Resize 3. by20. Paste as new layer bottom left of 5,drop shaddow.

Resize 142. by 25. Paste as new layer inside top of frame.

Sharpen unsharpen mask.Drop shaddow. Duplicate image mirror,

move to left top of frame.

Resize 140. by 25. Paste as new layer on top of wordard,drop shaddow.

Open my wordart Copy and paste top of frame.

Add url copyright and licence.

Add name bottom right of tag. Drop shaddow.

Highligh Trick or treat wordart.

Edit copy merged paste in animation shop as new animation.

Back to psp. Colour adjust brightness 40. Contrast 10.

Edit copy merged in animation shop after current frame.

Back to psp. colour  adjust brightness 50. Contrast 10.

Edit copy merged in animation shop after current frame.

View animation save as.
