Winter Rebel

Eye candy gradient glow .

VDL Andrelaline. Snowflakes.

Font of choice i used Allura.

Drop shaddow throughout. 2.2.30.5.

File new 650 x 650. Fill with white.

Resize paper5. by75. Paste as new layer. Mask new from image.

Select and apply mask, merge mask visable, duplicate twice.

Add PSP weave effect, 2.2.5. Weave colour black. fill gaps ticked.

Resize Element2. by45. Paste as new layer place top left of canvas. Duplicate,

image mirror, move right almost touching original. Duplicate, 

move to bottom center of the other 2 frames.

Merge these 3 layers visable.Magic wand click in center of all frames.Modify exspand by5.

Copy and paste paper7. as new layer. Hit delete, drag below frames.Select none.

Magic wand, click in left frame, modify exspand by5.

Copy and paste full tube show only her face. Hit delete, drag below frame.

Repeat for bottom center frame as for right frame. Drop shaddow frames. 

Drop shaddow tubes in frames, change blend mode to overlay.  

Resize full tube by60. Paste as new layer left of all frames.Drop shaddow.

Copy and paste Element5. as new layer bottom center of tag. Drop shaddow.

Copy and paste element15. as new layer on top bottom center of mask.

Copy and paste 41. as new layer, on top center of frames, drop shaddow.

Copy and paste element17. as new layer on top left bottom of mask, drop shaddow.

Resize element4. by60. Paste as new layer on top bottom of tag,

drop shaddow, drag below winter wordart.

Resize element27. by40. Image mirror. Paste as new layer on top bottom frame,

drop shaddow. Drag slightly on top of winter wordart.

Add url copyright and licence number.

Add name top center of tag. Add E.C. Gradient glow, thin white.

Animation...

Highlight top layer of tag.

Effects. VDL Andrelaline. Snowflakes. 

Change settings Amount 50. Size range end 10. Hardness 50. Random seed 1.

Edit copy merged in animation shop as new animation.

Back to PSP. undo snowflakes, add snowflakes, random seed on10.

Edit copy merged, paste in animation shop after current frame.

Back to PSP. undo snowflakes, add snowflakes set on 20.

Edit copy merged, paste in animation shop after current frame.

View animation, save as.
