Font of choice i used Impact.

Drop shaddow throughout.2.2.50.5. Black.

File new 650 x 650. Fill with white.

Copy and paste Paper6.as new layer.

Mask_37.new from image.Select and apply mask,merge mask visable.

Resize Frame3.by75.Paste as new layer on top center of mask.

Magic wand,click inside frame,modify,exspand by5.

Resize Paper9.by45.Paste as new layer,invert,hit delet,

drag below frame.Drop shaddow frame.

Resize tube by30.Paste as new layer top left of frame.

Invert,hit,delete,drag below frame.

Paste tube again on top of original.Sharpen,

drop shaddow.Drag to top.Select none.

Erase all overlapping ot tube around frame.

It may easier for you to just cut the hat and paste it on top of original.

Resize Element52.by45.Paste as new layer on top bottom left of frame,

sharpen, then drop shaddow.

Resize Element2.by30.Paste as new layer on top center of mask.

Sharpen,drop shaddow.Erase the 2 end stars on the mask.

Resize Element23.by30.Paste as new layer on top left of tube.

Sharpen,thendrop shaddow.

Resize Element14.by40.Paste as new layer right of52.Drop shaddow.

Resize Element43.by30.Paste as new layer on top bottom right of flower on frame.

Rotate right slightly.Sharpen, drop shaddow.

Resize Element20.by45.Paste as new layer on top bottom left of mask.

Duplicate, image mirror.

Resize Element9.by15.Paste as new layer on top right of mask.

Drop shaddow.Duplicate,image,mirror.

Add url copyright and licence number.

Add name i used all caps on.Place to bottom right of mask.

Magic wand,click inside all letters.

Resize Paper3.by25.paste as new layer,Drop shaddow.

Delete white background. Save as PNG.
