Select and apply mask.Merge mask visable.
Resize Frame20.by50.Paste as new layer on top center of mask.
Add Eye Candy Gradient Glow.Thin white.
Magic wand, click inside of frame.Modify exspand by5.
Resize Paper32.by38.Invert.Hit delete.Drag below frame.Select none.
Resize tube by30.Paste as new layer on top center of frame.
Sharpen unsharpen.Drop shaddow.
