File new 650 x 650. Fill with white.
Resize Paper25.by75.Paste as new layer .
Mask new from image.Select and apply mask.Merge mask visable.Resize by110.
Resize frame13.by45.Paste as new layer on top center of frame.
Magic wand, click inside all blanks on frame.Modify exspand by5.
Resize paper21.by45.Paste as new layer.Invert.Hit delete.Drag below frame.
Resize close up by45.Paste face into center frame as new layer.Hit delete.
Resize close up by30. Paste as new layer in bottom left frame.Hit delete.
Copy same size of close up into top right frame.Hit delete.Select none.
Change blend mode on all tubes to Luminance.Merge these layers visable.
Resize full tube by45.Paste as new layer on top bottom right of frame.
Sharpen.Drop shaddow tube and frame.
