Select and apply mask.Merge mask visable.
Resize Frame13.by45.Paste as new layer on top center of frame.
Magic wand, click in center of frame.Modify exspand by5.
Resize Paper12.by45.Paste as new layer.Invert, hit delete.
Drag below frame.Select none.Drop shaddow frame.
Resize tube by45.Paste as new layer on top center left of frame.
Sharpen unsharpen mask.Drop shaddow.
Open bubble.Resize by45.Paste as new layer on top of original on tube.
Select all, float, select all defloat.Select none.Drag below bubble.
Resize6.by20.Paste as new layer top right inside frame.

Highlight 1st.frame of your tag.Edit select all.Edit paste into selected frame.
View animation, save as.
