Drop shaddow throughout, V&H2.O5o.B5.

Open a new image 700x700 fill with white, New layer select all, paste a paper from the kit as a new layer. Select none, Apply the mask, merge mask layer invisable.

Resize and paste frame3 as a new layer,drop shaddow.

Resize and paste frame1 as a new layer, make it just a bit smaller than the first frame. Magic wand, click inside the top frame, selections modify by 8, paste a paper of choice into the frame, selections invert, delete on keyboard then drag paper below the frame layer, i did a texture on the frame paper layer, settings below,

Effects Textures effects weave.

Gap.1 Width 10. Opacity.1

Weave colour.008000

Gap colour.008000

Fill gaps ticked.

Drop shaddow the frame.

Paste ellements of choice around the frame.

Resize shamrock and paste inside the frame, drop shaddow ellements.

Paste your tube, if your useing the same tube as me, i found it sat perfectly on the frame, drop shaddow tube.

Paste word art supplied or your own.

Add url, copywrite and watermark.

Add your name, i used Stencil font, size 48.Colour 10591b.

I added eyecandy4 gradient glow on default settings then a drop shaddow.

Xout white background, merge other layers visable.

Crop and resize, i resized mine by 90.

Save as png.
