Open a new image 700x700 fill with white.

New layer fill with paper of choice mask new from image

select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.

Resize frame3 paste as new layer on top of mask

magic wand click centre of frame selections modify exspand by5

paste paper of choice selections invert delete on keyboard drag below frame drop shaddow.

Activate frame layer magic wand click centre of frame

Resize diamond flower trail paste as new layer

selections select none drag below frame drop shaddow.

resize fairy house paste as new layer on top of diamond flower trail drop shaddow.

Resize flower1 paste as new layer place on top of left bottom side of frame drop shaddow

duplicate place on top and below other flower.

Resize butterfly of choice paste as new layer place on top of flowers drop shaddow.

Resize flower doodle paste as new layer on top of bottom left of frame drop shaddow.

Resize ladybug paste as new layer place towards bottom right of frame drop shaddow

i rotated mine.

Resize bee paste as new layer place to bottom right of frame drop shaddow.

Resize tube2 paste as new layer image mirror place to left of frame drop shaddow.

sit her on top of flower house toadstool drop shaddow.

Use preset shapes tool add Enchanted Friends in font of choice

place to top of frame i gave mine a gradient glow and light drop shaddow.

Add name place to bottomright of frame drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop close off white background merge other layers visable.

Save as PNG.
