Font of choice i used Algerian

Open a new image 700x700 fill with white

new layer fill with paper of choice mask new from image

select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.

Resize frame2 paste as new layer on top of mask

magic wand click centre of frame

selections modify exspand by5 paste paper of choice.

Selections invert delete on keyboard select none

drag below frame drop shaddow frame.

Open tube of choice paste as new layer in cebtre of frame drop shaddow.

Resize embelishment paste as new layer

place to top of frame drop shaddow.

Resize flower paste as new layer place to top left corner of frame drop shaddow.

Resize flower4 paste as new layer place underneath flower drop shaddow.

Resize glitter tag paste as new layer rotate 90%right

place down right side of frame.

Magic wand click on blank space on glitter tag

selections modify exspand by10 new layer fill with colour of choice

selections invert drag below tag layer drop shaddow.

Add name on top of glitter tag doing one letter at a time drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop cloase off white background merge other layers visable.

Save as PNG.
