Open a new image 700x700 fill with white

New layer fill with a paper of choice mask new from image

select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.

Resize quilting block1 paste as new layer on top of mask drop shaddow.

Resize frame2 paste as new layer on top of quilting block1 drop shaddow.

Resize pin cussion paste as new layer place

to centre left side of frame drop shaddow.

Resize needle thread paste as new layer place

on top of pin cussion drop shaddow.

Resize measuring ribbon paste as new layer place image mirror

place to bottom of frame drop shaddow.

Resize rocking chair paste as new layer place

to bottom left corner of block1 drop shaddow.

Resize quilt latter paste as new layer place

to bottom right corner of block1 drop shaddow.

Resize sewing machine paste as new layer place

on top of right corner of block1 drop shaddow.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer place

just above the sewing machine drop shaddow.

Resize flower4 paste as new layer place

to top left corner of block1 drop shaddow.

Resize flower1 paste as new layer place

to top right corner of block1 drop shaddow.

Resize flower2 paste as new layer place to the left of flower1 drop shaddow.

Duplicate flower1 image mirror resize place to the left of flower2.

Resize hearts paste as new layer place just above pin cussion drop shaddow.

Font of choice add wordart A stitch in time place to top of block1 drop shaddow.

Add name place to bottom of block1 gradient glow dropshaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop close off white background merge other layers visable.

Save as PNG.
