Open new image 700x700 fill with white

new layer fill with paper of choice mask new from image

select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.

Open frame5 paste as new layer on top of mask i resized mine according

to the size of my tube.

Magic wand click in centre of frame don't forget the small parts

selections modify exspand by8 paste paper of choice

selections invert delete on keyboard select none drag below frame layer

drop shaddow frame.

Resize womans eye paste as new layer centre left of frame drop shaddow

duplicate image mirror erase around the eyes see mine for details.

Activate frame layer magic wand click centre of frame

selections modify exspand by8.

Open tube of choice paste as new layer selections invert delete on keyboard

drop shaddow paste tube again move above frame layer

drop shaddow use selection tool to cut off the bottom of the tube

select none drop shaddow.

Resize the cross paste on top of the cross on the left of the framedrop shaddow.

Resize silver bow paste as new layer place to right of frame drop shaddow.

Resize silver scroll paste as new layer place

just underneath the right eye drop shaddow.

Add name on top of scroll i gave mine a gradient glow.

Open wordart paste as new layer place to top left of frame.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Crop close off white background merge other layers visable.

Save as PNG.
