Font of choice i used Stencil.

Open new image 700x700 fill with white. New layer fill with paper of choice.

Mask new from image select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.

Resize frem14 paste as new layer on top of mask.

Magic wand click centre of frame selections modify exspand by5

paste paper of choice selections invert delete on keyboard

select none drag below frame layer drop shaddow fraame.

Resize glitter7 paste as new layer place to top left corner inside frame

drop shaddow duplicate image mirror duplicate image flip duplicate image mirror.

Open tube of choice paste as new layer on top of frame drop shaddow.

Resize charm1 paste as new layer place to top right corner of frame drop shaddow.

Resize charm1 paste as new layer place to top left of frame

drop shaddow rotate slightly.

Resize charm3 paste as new layer place towards bottom left corner of frame drop shaddow.

Resize bow9 paste as new layer drop shaddow place to top of charm1.

Resize star4 paste as new layer place to right of frame dropshaddow

duplicate resize place under star4 duplicate place under duplicated star.

Add name i used Stencil place to bottom of frame i used a blue drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop close off white background merge other layers visable.

Save as PNG.
