New layer fillwith paper of choice mask new layer select and apply mask merge mask layer visable. Resize frame paste as new layer on top of mask magic wand click centre of frame selections modify exspand by5 paste paper of choice selections invert delete on keyboard select none drag below frame layer drop shaddow frame. Activate frame layer magic eand click centre of frame selections modify exspand by1 resize diamond trail paste as new layer selections invert delete on keyboard drag below frame layer drops haddow. Resize butterfly2 paste as new layer place on top of bottom frame flowers drop shaddow image mirror. Resize heart pendant paste as new layer place to top right corner of frame drop shaddow. Resize heart ribbon paste as new layer place under tab on left top of frame drop shaddow. Resize pretty clip paste as new layer place centre of right side of frame drop shaddow. Open tube of choice paste as new layer on frame image mirror drop shaddow. Add name place to bottom right of frame i gave mine a gradient glow and drop shaddow. Add url copywrite and watermark.
