Font of choice i used Brazil on caps.

Open template image canvas size 700x700 fill with white.

New layer fill with colour of choice mask new from image

select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.

Fill all layer of template to your own liking either with paper or colour.

When filling with a colour

make a new layer before filling.Delete original layer.

When filling with paper

activate layer you want to fill selections select all

selections float selecetions defloat fill layer select none

delete original grey scale layer.

Drop shaddow all layers i gave my black frame a gradient glow.

I added a small sparkle i have in my picture tubes

and added one in each of the stars.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer drop shaddow place in centre of middle frame.

Add name i used Brazil on caps drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Close off white background merge other layers visable.

Crop and save as PNG.
