Font of choice i used Vivaldi.

Open new image 700x700 fill with white

New layer fill with paper of choice mask

select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.

Resize frame12 paste as new layer on top of mask

Magic wand click in centre of frame selections

modify exspand by5 paste paper of choice as new layer

selections invert delete on keyboard select none drag below frame.

Resize frame17 paste as new layer on top of mask under first frame.

Paste tube of choice place on top of frame drop shaddow

erase overlapping part of bottom of tube.

Resize white flower6 paste as new layer drop shaddow

place to bottom of frame duplicte twice place either side of first flower.

Resize butterfly1 paste as new layer place

on top of bottom flowers drop shaddow.

Resize black flower21 paste as new layer place

to centre left of frame duplicate image mirror.

Use presets shapes tool draw circle just outside of frame

Add wordart of choice i added on top.

Add name place to bottom right of frame

rotate i gave mine a gradient glow and drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop close off white background merge other layers visable.

Save as PNG.
