Open a new image 700x700 fill with white

new layer fill with paper of choice mask

new from image select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.

Resize frame22 paste as new layer on top of mask magic wand

click inside frame selection modify exspand by5

selections invert delete on keyboard select none

drag below frame drop shaddow frame layer.

Open tube of choice copy and paste as new layer on top of frame drop shaddow.

Open twinkle from my supplies new layer copy paste as many as you want

on top of frame paper.

Resize pendant54 paste as new layer place

to top left corner of frame drop shaddow.

Resize bow27 paste as new layer place

on top of pendant drop shaddow.

Activate pendant magic wand click in transparent centre

modify exspand by5 paste paper of choice as new layer selections

invert delete on keyboard select none drag below pendant layer.

Add small wordart cold on top of pendant

i gave mine a gradient glow.

Reise flower59 paste as new layer place

to bottom right corner of frame drop shaddow.

Resize flower57 paste as new layer place to left side of flower59 drop shaddow

duplicate place on top and above flower59.

Add name place to bottom left of frame drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Crop close off white background merge other layer visable.

Save as PNG.
