Open new image 700x700 fill with white

new layer fill with paper of choice mask

new from image select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.

Resize frame33 paste as new layer on top of mask

Magic wand click in centre of frame selections

modify exspand by5 paste paper of choice selections

invert delete on keyboard drag below frame seelect none dropshaddow frame.

Resize scroll17 paste as new layer place

top left corner of frame inside frame drop shaddow.

Add trick or treat wordart drop shaddow.

Resize treat3 paste as new layer place to top right corner of scroll

drop shaddow. Resize ghost6 paste as new layer place

on top of scroll i gave mine eye candy trail effect.

Resize rose57 paste as new layer place to top right of frame drop shaddow.

Resize rose58 paste as new layer place to right of first rose drop shaddow

duplicate rose57 place just under rose58.

Resize cat13 paste as new layer place to bottom right of frame drop shaddow.

Resize pumkin15 paste as new layer place to bottom left of frame drop shaddow

duplicate resize place to front right of first pumpkin.

Resize ivy46 paste as new layer place to bottom of pumpkins

image flip image mirror drop shaddow.

Resize rope50 paste as new layer place down left of frame drop shaddow.

Open tube of choice paste as new layer on top of frame drop shaddow.

Add name place to top of frame drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Crop close off white background merge other layers visable.

Save as PNG.
