Font of choice i used Punk kid.

Open new image 700x700 fill with white

new layer fill with paper of choice mask

new from image select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.

Resize frame2g paste as new layer on top of mask

magic wand click in centre of frame selections

modify exspand by5 paste paper of choice selections

invert delete on keyboard drag below frame layer.

Activate frame layer magic wand click in centre of frame

Resize close up tube of choice paste as new layer i mirrored mine

drop shaddow selections invert delete on keyboard

select none drag below frame layer

layer palette change blend mode to luminance drop shaddow frame.

Resize strip16d paste as new layer place

inside right of frame drop shaddow.

Open main tube paste as new layer place

to right of frame drop shaddow.

Resize double hearts 10b paste as new layer place

to top left of frame drop shaddow.

Resize heart10c paste as new layer place

on top of double hearts drop shaddow.

Resize heart pendant1i paste as new layer place

just under double hearts drop shaddow.

Resize flower4c paste as new layer place

bottom left of frame drop shaddow.

Resize flower4b paste as new layer place

to right of flower 4c drop shaddow.

Duplicate flower4c place to right of flower 4b

duplicate flower4b place to right of flower4c.

Resize butterfly13a paste as new layer place

on top of flowers drop shaddow rotate.

Add name place to bottom left of frame drop shaddow rotate.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop close off white background merge other layers visable.

Save as PNG.
