BDV masks x 2 NR2 and 67 HERE. FM. scrap kit paper Touch of gold HERE.

Font of choice iused Arial rounded Mt bold.

Open new image 700x 750 fill with white.

New layer fillwith paper of choice mask

new from image select and apply starry night mask merge mask layer visable.

New layer fill with black mask new from image

select and apply mask76 merge mask layer visable.

Selection tool go around all three frames fill with paper of choice

selections invert delete on keyboard drop shaddow.

Open tubes of choice paste as new layers one on top of each frame

drop shaddow as you go.

Add wordart place to bottom of mask drop shaddow.

Add name place to to top of tubes i used a paper for fill

gave it an inner becvel and drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop close off white background merge other layers visable.

Save as PNG.
