Font of choice i used Pistolgrip.

Open new image 700x700 fill with white

new layer fill with black mask

new from image select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.

Resize night house paste as new layer on top of mask drop shaddow.

Open tube of choice paste as new layer place to left of house drop shaddow.

Resize ghost1 image mirror paste as new layer place

on top of mask to the top left of house.

Resize moon place on top of mask place centre top of house dropshaddow.

I added a few clouds to my sky place to top of house on top of mask.

Resize stars use selection tool to cut off random stars you want

to add to your sky place on top of mask.

Resize bat1 paste as new layer rotate place

on top of moon drop shaddow.

Resize bat2 rotate paste as new layer place

top right of house drop shaddow.

Resize old tree paste as new layer place to right corner

of house drop shaddow Duplicate image mirror place behind left of house.

Resize gravestone paste as new layer place behind old tree drop shaddow.

Resize crow1 image mirror paste as new layer place

on top of gravestone drop shaddow.

Resize lighting paste as new layer image flip place on top of house on top of tree.

Resize gates paste as new layer place just below bottom windows of house

drop shaddow use deformation tool to adjust to siut your liking.

Resize cat1 paste as new layer image mirror place

between the open gates drop shaddow.

Duplicat place on staeps of house behind tube.

Resize cat2 paste as new layer image mirror place

in centre and under tube feet drop shaddow.

Resize ghost2 paste as new layer place behind left gate of house.

Resize as many webs as you want paste as new layers place

to your own liking resize as you go.

Resize spider and spider1 paste as new layer place

on top of webs to your own choice, rotate if you want drop shaddow.

Add wordart For sale place to top of house dropshaddow.

Add a web and a spider on top of wordart.

Add name place just underneath left gate drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop close off white background merge other layers visable.

Save as PNG.
