Font of choice i used Perpetua.

Open new image 600x600 fill with white.

New layer fill with paper of choice mask

new from image select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.

Resize frame27 paste as new layer on top of mask.

Magic wand click centre of frame selections

modify exspand by5 paste paper of choice selections

invert delete on keyboard select none

drag below frame layer drop shaddow frame.

I gave my frame paper a texture weave effect.

Resize tube of choice paste as new layer place

to right of frame drop shaddow.

Resize flower70 paste as new layer place

to left of frame drop shaddow.

Resize flower3 paste as new layer place

0n top below flower70 drop shaddow.

Resize pendant34 paste as new layer place

to right of frame drop shaddow.

Resize bow22 paste as new layer place

to top of pendant34 drop shaddow

erase top of pendant strings rotate.

Resize bow-24 paste as new layer place

on top of bow22 rotate resize again drop shaddow.

Add name place to bottom left under tubes knee drop shaddow.

Add url copywrite and water.

Crop close off white background merge other layers visable.

Save as PNG.
