File new 700x700 fill with white.
New layer fill with paper of choice mask
new from image select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.
Resize frame2 paste as new layer on top of mask
Magic wand click in centre of frame selections
modify exspand by5 paste paper of choice
selections invert delete on keyboard select none drag below frame.
Activate frame layer magic wand
resize old clock paste as new layer selections
invert delete on keyboard select none drag below frame layer.
Open tube of choice paste as new layer place
to right of frame drop shaddow.
Resize piano paste as new layer place
on top left bottom of frame under tube drop shaddow.
Resize champagne bottle paste as new layer place
on top of tube hand rotate drop shaddow
erase part to show fingers on top of bottle.
Resize candle1 paste as new layer place
on top right of bottle drop shaddow.
Resize candle2 paste as new layer place
0n top to right of candle1 drop shaddow.
Resize glitter swirl2 paste as new layer place
under tubes feet drop shaddow duplicate image mirror
place under piano leg duplicate flip place on top of last swirl.
Resize corset paste as new layer place
on top of left glitter swirls under piano drop shaddow rotate.
Resize heart2 paste as new layer place
on top of corset and piano leg drop shaddow rotate.
Resize feathers paste as new layer place
on top right of corset drop shaddow duplicate
place next to firat feather.
Resize key paste as new layer place
on top of heart rotate drop shaddow.
Resize glass paste as new layer place
to right of feathers drop shaddow.
Resize flowers2 paste as new layer place
to right of glass drop shaddow resize flowers paste as new layer
place on top of flowers2 drop shaddow.
Resize Open wordart paste as new layer place to top of frame.
Add name place just under feet of tube drop shaddow.
Add url copywrite and watermark.
Resize crop close off white background merge other layers visable.
Save as PNG.
