File new fill with white.

New layer fill with paper of choice mask

new from image select and apply mask merge mask layer visable.

New layer fill with white drag below mask layer

Resize flower3 by85 paste as new layer in centre of image

Number 12 you may have to play with this setting to get what you like

other settings on default.

Magic wand click in centre selections

modify exspand by 20 paste paper of choice

selections invert delete on keyboard drag below frame.

Activate frame layer magic wand click in centre

resize tube of choice paste as new layer selections

invert delete on keyboard drag below frame

paste tube again drag above frame drop shaddow.

Selection tool cut away bottom of tube.

Resize journal paste as new layer place

to bottom left of frame drop shaddow rotate slightly.

Add name place on top of journal drop shaddow rotate.

Add url copywrite and watermark.

Resize crop close off white backgrounds merge other layers visable.

Save as PNG.
